From CONDE, SD – go 3 miles South (Hwy 37), 10 miles East (Hwy 20) & 1 mile North (416 Ave).

From RAYMOND, SD – go 14 miles North (414 Ave), 2 miles East (Hwy 20) & 1 mile North (416 Ave).

Note:  416 Avenue is a minimum maintenance road.

Successful bidder(s) will deposit 10% down as irrevocable earnest money on day of sale. The balance will be due at closing which will be within 45 days of date of sale.
