This is a Live Public Auction w/Simultaneous Online Bidding!

Auctioneer’s Note: The sale will consist of 1023 net wrapped bales of 2024 hay and 472 net wrapped bales of 2023 hay! The hay was cut with a JD mower conditioner and were wrapped with a JD 569 baler. Most of the ground was put up for hay in 2023 and all of it was baled after July 15th. Hay lands have been sprayed every third year. No sloughs or cattails!

Field 1 – From Ipswich, SD – go 2 miles South (Hwy 45 S), 4 miles West (137 St.) & 1 mile South (354 Ave).

Field 2 – From Ipswich, SD – go 2 miles South (Hwy 45 S) & 4 miles West (137 St.)

Field 3 – From Ipswich, SD – go 2 miles South (Hwy 45 S) & 4 1/2 miles West (137 St.)

Field 4 – From Hosmer, SD – go 4 miles South (Hwy 253), 1 mile East (129 St.) & 1/2 North (337 Ave).

NOTE:

All hay needs to be picked up by November 17, 2024. Load out is buyer’s expense / responsibility. Seller will load out for a fee of $2.50 per bale. Seller will keep snow clear until November 1, 2024.
