In person Purchases need to be settled on day of sale.  Online Purchases to be settled for by September 04, 2026 – 4:00 PM CST to Jark/Worlie Auction Service, LLC, 221 S. 1st Street, Aberdeen, SD.  All personal property becomes the buyers responsibility and risk when declared “SOLD”. NOTHING TO BE REMOVED UNTIL SETTLED FOR!
• CHECKOUT & PICK UP: Items can be removed once payment has been received.
• PICK UP IS BY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ONLY. All property MUST be removed and Buyer must take possession of items no later than 4:00 PM CST, September 12, 2026 unless special arrangements are made. Any items not removed by the Buyer by the final day of removal will revert back to Auctioneer/Seller and may be resold at auction or disposed of in any manner seems to be suitable.  Buyer(s) are responsible for making their own load out arrangements and/or assistance.
